What is the essence of what you do?
I welcome patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone. I maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, updating personal and financial information. Comforts patients by anticipating patients “anxieties, answering patient’s questions and maintaining the reception area.
What are some of your personal interest outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, I enjoy doing different activities. I love Photography.
What are some of the things you believe in? It can be a favorite quote or words of wisdom, etc.— something that identifies you.
I walk around like everything is fine, but deep down inside my shoe, my sock is sliding off. Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limits.
What do you like most about working for this organization?
I love interacting with the patients, i enjoy helping others very much because it gives me a peace of mind. I always listen, I love seeing a smile on their face knowing I’ve accomplished their needs.
What do you like most about caring for patients?
I listen to their story, I let them know I’m always here if any questions or concerns.
Why did you choose to become a receptionist?
I enjoy assisting patients for their needs and well-being, I make sure my patients are comfortable.
What do you think your patients like about you?
I think it’s the way I carry my personality, I am very caring and I enjoy their company. I like getting things done for them so they feel they can count on me.
What do you think the patients like the most about the organization?
I feel it’s because I really get to know them, I am the first face they see when they walk in our facility… I’m always happy and always smiling. I show them how peaceful I am. I keep track of their schedule and appointments. It makes them feel important which they are.
