What is the essence of what you do?
As a receptionist I create a positive experience for our guests by welcoming them with a positive attitude, answering their questions and anticipating their needs in person or by phone. I prepare and update client’s charts and financial information as well as maintain the reception area.
What are some of your personal interest outside of work?
I love to spend time with my family and close friends. I am studying to obtain my masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. On my down time, I like to play the piano or knit and crochet.

What do you like most about working for this organization?
I love the positive and compassionate energy that all my coworkers show to the patients and each other. I enjoy working with them, and they inspire me to work harder.
What do you like most about caring for patients?
I love to make a difference in their day, even if it is a small one. I love when they come into the office and feel that they are treated well with care and compassion.
Why did you choose to become a receptionist?
I realize that helping people brings joy into my life. As a receptionist I am able to help patients with any concerns they have and bring them peace of mind that at Restore Plus Physical Therapy they are well taken cared of.

I believe they like my caring personality. They know that I truly care for each and everyone of them when it comes to any concerns they have.
