What is the essence of what you do?
Establish and maintain a great experience for all of our patients. My job entails providing support and assistance to everyone who walks in the door, from setting up appointments, assisting patients with forms/documentation, being a liaison between patients and their therapists, corresponding to emails and calls and maintaining a clean and calm reception area.
What are some of your personal interest outside of work?
I enjoy hot yoga and have been practicing for over 4 years. I’m also an avid reader of great American classic novels and frequent a free book stand nearby in Sunnyside. I have also worked with and learned a lot about architectural/art photography and it has become a new hobby of mine.

Embrace eye contact, mean what you say, and say what you mean. Balance living intentionally with living playfully.
What do you like most about working for this organization?
I really appreciate that the core value is family. We break bread together and celebrate everyone’s achievements/birthdays/anniversaries.
What do you like most about caring for patients?
I really enjoy being needed, I find fulfillment in helping our patients have seamless, educational, therapeutic experience from the time they arrive to the moment they leave.
What do you think your patients like about you?
I hope our patients know and appreciate that I genuinely care about all of their needs and I would do all that I can to make their time with us easy and enjoyable.
What do you think the patients like the most about the organization?
I think our patients really love the atmosphere that we provide them while helping them recover. Every single person on our staff is kind, friendly, attentive, and willing to do what they can to make every one of them feel their absolute best.
