Catherine Williams, Receptionist
What is the essence of what you do?
To me, the Front Desk is the main gear in the Restore Plus machine. We help keep things in order and try to anticipate what will be needed to keep patients and staff flowing smoothly together.
What are some of your personal interest outside of work?
Amateur Baker & Cookie Maker, Political & News junkie, Fashion, Sewing, Volunteering and Donating.
What are some of the things you believe in? It can be a favorite quote or words of wisdom, etc.— something that identifies you.
The Golden Rule – Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
What do you like most about working for this organization?
I admire the drive and dedication to helping others that guide the Restore Plus mission. I also love working with Regie and the rest of the team – there is a deep commitment to excellence alongside a genuine desire to help each other as a team. Most importantly, I love that when I wake up I am happy to go work and look forward to seeing my work family and our patients.
What do you like most about caring for patients?
Watching their progress and getting to know the patients is what I like most. I love when I start to see smiles and relief replace their pain and discomfort. I’ve been there myself after neck surgery, and having walked in their shoes, I know how important it is to have a great therapist with a positive attitude and a smiling face greet me when walking in.
Why did you choose to become a receptionist?
I chose to become a receptionist to bring my skill set to something that directly helps other people.
What do you think your patients like about you?
I’m always cheerful and willing to help. And I can totally rock a face shield 😉
What do you think the patients like the most about the organization?
I think patients like the feeling of family. Our patients trust us. And we love them!
