Do you get sick often? Do you get infections a lot or frequently? The reason why I ask is because I suffer from that. I get throat infections a lot, and a lot of times it can be really, really bad. So if you do, how does that make you feel? Does it affect your mood? Your function? Does it affect your performance? Is it affecting your job? Cause if you’re sick, often your job might suffer. Or performance at work might suffer. And if you call out a lot that will affect your finances, even affect your bottom line. So this is something that I’ve experienced myself and I want to share with you what I found that’s really effective in a natural way of treating those kinds of infections. Garlic! Garlic is more powerful than antibiotics.
So if you are getting infections frequently, or you are getting sick frequently, I came across articles and studies that have said that garlic is 100 times more potent than antibiotics. That blew me away. It’s 100 times more potent than antibiotics and it’s all natural. So this is what I’ve been doing myself. And this is what I would recommend for you to do. When I start to see signs of I’m getting an infection such as my throat infection. I start taking the garlic already. And how do I take it? So what this is actually sometimes I think might be like a grandma’s recipe. You may have heard this before and I should have recommended this to my staff too.
So what I do is I crush the garlic. Studies have shown that garlic is more effective when eaten raw and cooking it lessens its effectiveness. But if you are like me and cannot tolerate the taste, here is what I have been doing. You saute it a little bit and you put it in a pot of soup, you can put some meat in it, put some noodles in it, it’s up to you. Or you can just take that chicken soup and put garlic in it and you just drink it, just like that. So for me, that has helped a lot. And when I started getting the symptoms, I take it immediately. And that gets me better in just a couple of days.
What I love about it is I don’t have to wait and go see the doctor and I don’t have to take antibiotics, which it’s not good for you as a lot of you may know, I’m more into the wellness. I like promoting the body to heal itself. We don’t promote prescribing injections or surgeries or pills for patients that come into our clinic. I like healing the natural way.
And so this is something that has been working for me. I recommend you doing it because studies have shown that it actually is very effective. And there’s no side effects. You don’t have to worry about those unlike when taking pills. There’s no cost going to the doctor where you have to pay copays. You don’t have to pay copays for antibiotics. You don’t have to wait for a few days before you can take antibiotics or finish the whole course. This one, if you start having the symptoms like I do, I take it immediately. And a couple of days, I’m fine, then I stop it.
