Here are some fast tips for BACK PAIN RELIEF:
- Avoid sitting more than 20-minutes straight through. Get up off the couch, car seat, desk chair, etc. and take frequent breaks.
- Use your legs and squat down a little when needing to lower your body (eg. pick things off the floor, putting on shoes, etc.). Don’t bend over at the waist only.
